After an hour of investigation, I’ve decided that is indeed a genuine thing … somehow … somehow this evolved naturally from the swamps of Pensacola, Florida. God help us all.

This man is obviously related to the dancer for “Diaper Time” in Its Always Sunny. Anybody? Anybody?
